Our Story
Hamakua Fudge Shop sits on the quiet side of Hawai‘i’s Kohala Coast — not a tourist trap, not a franchise, just a small shop where real fudge is made the way it should be: slowly, by hand, with ingredients you can actually pronounce.
We start each morning with fresh local butter, real Hawai‘i coconut, and flavors pulled from the islands around us — liliko‘i from the farm stands, macadamia nuts roasted right here, and recipes that have been refined over years, not months.
Every batch is poured, cooled, cut, and wrapped by hand. That’s why our fudge has a texture you won’t find anywhere else — dense, creamy, and impossibly rich. It’s the kind of treat that makes travelers stop their car and locals come back three times a week.
